Where can i find the allergens and nutritional information?

You can find the allergens and nutrition information when clicking on the product and on the description photos.

Do you offer pickup?

We offer pickup! all orders are expected to be picked up the next day of purchase to make sure our products keep its freshness. Pickup is from 9.30am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday, orders on weekends will be expected to be pickup on the following Monday.

When do you ship?

We ship on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays via AUSPOST express shipping AUS WIDE or local delivery if your location is in the 15km radius

Local delivery is everyday

Can i modify my order after purchase?

No. Please cancel your order as soon as possible, before 24 hours and re-order.)

You must provide 24 hours notice (from the time your order was placed).

Cancellations must be notified via email to craveandcrumbs@outlook.com
If you fail to do so, we will not be able to accommodate changes to your order and have a strict no cancellations policy within this time frame.

Are your products free from allergies?

Our products may contain traces of NUTS, GLUTEN, WHEAT, SOY, DAIRY, EGGS

ALL OUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN EGGS, WHEAT, DAIRY AND SOY.

Check nutrition information in the product description photos to make sure before you order.

What is the best way to serve our products?

We suggest heating your items in the microwave for 20-30 seconds to enjoy them warm. And serve them with a side of vanilla ice cream!

What products can be shipped?

Our Cookies can be shipped via Express post due to the ability to maintain freshness and quality.

Our Muffins for now cannot be shipped via Express due to the products inability to maintain quality, however can be available for local delivery and pickup.
